Before Visit Tab

The Before Visit tab allows you to preview patients that are currently within the bot interview and those that waiting to receive care.

Note that you can preview a patient’s chart at any time, even while they are still within the bot interview process. Chart information will continue to populate within the chart until the patient has completed the interview.

Priority Cases are also indicated within this tab, indicating patients that should be seen as soon as possible based on specific factors such as chief concern, age, and sex. (See Priority Case Assignments for more information.)

Waiting patients are either automatically or manually assigned, depending on your settings when logged into the Console (discussed more in Case Assignment).

The Before Visit tab is automatically selected by default when you log into the 98point6 console (but you can go back to it at any time by selecting the Before Visit tab) and includes the following sections:

• Wait Time

• Patient Info

• Video

• Chief Concern

• Assignment

• Priority
