Virtual Waiting Room
The virtual waiting room provides views of:
all patients currently answering medical interview questions posed by the 98point6 automated assistant
a view of those patients interacting with clinicians, along with the stage of their visits
a view of recently completed cases
the patient’s wait time, key demographics, chief concern
whether the system has automatically detected that the patient has a priority concern.

Depending on your settings, the following options are available from within the virtual waiting room:
You can also view those patients who have been designated as Priority Cases (if any). These patients will be moved to the top of the queue.
