Case Assignment Menu

The Case Assignment drop-down menu is located on the left side of the Console. The default setting is Not Accepting meaning that you are not currently in a status to conduct patient visits.

Selecting Start Assignment moves you into a status where you can either manually or automatically begin to be assigned and conduct patient visits. (See the Case Assignment section for more information on case assignments and how they work.)
