Clinicians Accepting Cases

The Clinicians Accepting Cases list is located on the left side of the Console. This list lets you view clinicians that are currently logged into the Console and actively accepting cases.

Select View List to view the Clinician, Active Encounters, and Max Case Load of each clinician currently accepting cases. (See Case Assignment for more information on case assignments and how they work.)

There may occasionally be a reason you need to remove a clinician from this list (ie, the clinician forgot to log off the Console at the end of their shift and you know they are no longer actively selecting cases at that time). Click to select the X to remove the clinician from this list.
