Wait Time

The Wait Time section lets you view how long each patient has been waiting in the queue.

Note that wait time does not begin until after the patient has completed the automated bot interview (where they provide symptoms and other important medical information).

Patients that are currently in the automated bot interview process are indicated as With Bot. Patients still within their bot interviews can either be automatically or manually assigned (discussed in more detail within the Case Assignment section).
