Profile Icon

The Profile icon enables you to view and manage both your own and your dependent’s personal information, care preferences, and subscription details. (See Dependents to view Profile information for applicable dependents.)

To view your profile:

1. Select Profile.
   

   

   
   

2. Select any of the following to learn more about the items contained within the Profile section:
   

• Personal Information

• Care Preferences

• Manage Subscription

• Health Insurance
