Care Preferences

Use the Care Preferences section of your profile to add or update your primary physician and preferred pharmacy.

To do this:

1. Open your 98point6 app, and then select the Profile tab.
   

   

2. Select Care Preferences, and then select Primary Care Clinician or Pharmacy (depending on which you wish to update).
   

   

3. Enter the name and location into the search field (for both the Primary Care Clinician and Pharmacy options).
   

   

4. Click to select your clinician or pharmacy from the search results.
   

   

   
   Your selection is automatically saved. Click the pencil icon if you wish to edit or remove your selection.
