Today's Visit

The Today’s Visit tab displays information captured by the bot, during the bot interview. Information such as the patient’s chief concern, and other pertinent information in regards to the patient’s health is included within this tab.

NOTE: Depending on the patient, your Today’s Visit tab may or may not contain all of the sections below.

Chief Concern

The Chief Concern section lists the chief concern of the patient, and the reason for their visit. A drop-down menu is located next to the Chief Concern.

Each item within the list contains a specific icon that displays on the patients panel, helping you to distinguish between patients, especially when you are conducting a visit for more than one at any given time.

Actions to Consider

The Actions to Consider section displays when the patient’s symptoms trigger a practice standard and provide a suggested diagnosis, medications for said diagnosis, and so forth. Keep in mind that these actions are suggestions only and in no way suggest that each and every one of them are performed, or should override your expertise as a clinician.

Care Coordination

Scroll down the page to locate the Care Coordination section to view information for those patients who also have access to 98point6 Behavioral Health services. Other types of sections may appear, depending on what the patient has access to (such as the Heart Health program). These act as a reminder to clinicians to ask patients specific questions in regards to these additional care options.

Reports

Reports captures specific information from within the bot interview and contains information such as symptoms, and at home care the patient has used to treat their symptoms and complaint. Reports also contains those questions the patient denied during the bot interview. Select View Chart (when applicable, as View Chart may not appear in all patient reports) to view more information within the patient chart. (You can also select the Chart tab to view the patient’s chart.)
