Patient Registration

All users must register (onboard) as a patient before receiving care through the 98point6 app. (See Dependents for dependent registration.)

See Sponsored Subscription Registration if the subscription is offered through an employer, health plan, retailer, or university. Alternatively, see Walk-in Patient Registration if the user does not have insurance or plans to create an account using an insurance plan that is not sponsored.
