The Non-medical User Group consists of the following roles (click on the roles below to learn more about how to how to add, edit, or deactivate user profiles within these roles.)

NOTE: If needed, new coordinators can gain access to the Account Management Tool (AMT) by submitting a support ticket.

• Coordinator: Receptionist, Medical Operation Coordinator, Customer Service

• Clinic Admin: Clinic Director
