Console Updates and Fixes:

Update Context Trigger URLs in Console
This release addresses remaining context trigger links in the clinician console for specific clients. Context triggers can be accessed by clicking on the Sponsor name in the banner within the clinician console. When clinicians click on the banner, they are directed to a client-specific Confluence page containing information that is relevant to the specific sponsor.
Pediatric Conjunctivitis Practice Standard Updates
This maintenance update includes case presentation and chat suggestion copy changes.
Post Launch Updates
This update addresses several issues that arose following the December Zendesk launch for specific clients. These post launch updates are designed to modify system components that referenced previous, client 98point6 Zendesk instances so they now reference the new Zendesk instance within 98point6 application environments.
Optical Network Integrated Control System Bundle Updates
The following updates have been made to the Optical Network Integrated Control System (AON ICS) bundle for some of our customers:
NOTE: The following updates may not apply to all clients who utilize the AON ICS bundle.
Standard Benefit Awareness: Some clients now have the ability to add custom language displayed within the Things You Can Do section of the Care Plan. (Up to three items can be customized.)
Hinge Health Premium Benefit Awareness: If a provider recommends that specific patients seek physical therapy or occupational therapy benefits, the platform posts the Hinge Health custom information into the Referral section of the Care Plan, allowing them to reach out directly to Hinge Health for these benefits.
Surgery Plus Coordinated Care: If a provider recommends the patient seeks assistance for a surgical consult, specialty language now populates within the referral field in the Care Plan, letting the patient know that a referral will be created for them, and that someone will reach out to help coordinate the referral.
Standard Benefit Awareness Solution Update
This fix provides an update to the January 1, 2024 pilot Standard Awareness solution launch. The mailto:
