Find a Clinic Near Me

Some users have the Find a clinic near me option, allowing these users to select both a clinic and an appointment time.

To use this option:

1. From the Home screen, select Find a clinic near me.
   

   

2. Select the patient you wish to schedule the appointment for, and then select Confirm Patient.

3. Use the search field or, scroll to find the clinic you wish to find.
   

   

NOTE: Clinics currently closed will allow you to see future, available days/times.

4. Select your preferred clinic, along with the day and time for your appointment.

5. Enter the reason for your appointment, and then select Book in-person appt.
   

   

6. Select Done to confirm your appointment.
   You will be returned to the Home screen. See Cancel Appointments if you wish to cancel your scheduled appointment.
