Cancel Appointments

Some users have the ability to cancel appointments scheduled via the Find a clinic near me feature.

To do this:

1. From the Home page, select Find a clinic near me.
   

   

2. Select the patient you wish to cancel the appointment for, and then select Confirm Patient.

3. Select Manage my appointments.
   

   

4. Select the appointment you wish to cancel.
   

   

5. Select Cancel Appointment, and then Confirm when prompted.
   

   

   
   This cancels your appointment and removes it from your scheduled visits.
