Documentation tab

The Documentation tab is where clinicians document the Assessment, Objective, and Subjective information.

To complete this information:

1. Select the Documentation tab.

2. Click within each of the Assessment, Objective, and Subjective fields to enter the applicable information for these fields.
   

   

    

3. If you have already completed the Care Plan section, click Preview Care Plan. (Refer to Care Plan if you need assistance with completing the care plan.)

NOTE: Both the Care Plan and Documentation sections must be complete before you can preview and finalize the plan.

4. Review Prescription information to ensure the prescribed medications and pharmacy are correct.

5. Review the Care Plan, and then click Send Rx, Sign & Finalize to complete the care plan.
