Completing the patient visit requires the following (when applicable):

• Documentation

• Patient Care Plan

• Medication and Allergy Codification

• Prescribe Electronic Prescriptions
  

When completing a patient visit:

1. Select End Chat.
   

   

2. Select Confirm when prompted.
