Visits tab

The Visits tab contains the patient’s previous visit history within the 98point6 platform. You’ll also notice how the number next to the tab (13 in the example below) notates the number of previous patient visits.

To view the Visits information:

1. Click the Visits tab.
   The number of previous visits displays on the screen, the date and time the visits were conducted, the date of completion, and any visits that were escalated.
   

   

   
   2. Click the most recent visit to open today’s visit.
   You can also click to open and view any of the previous visits. Notice that the visit text highlights when you hover over it, indicating the visit you are about to select.
   

   

   Once selected, you will see the diagnosis, the date and state the patient was in when the visit occurred, along with the Diagnosis, Assessment, Care Plan, and Subjective information for that visit.

NOTE: Providers are not able to see visits cancelled by the patient during the patient intake process.
