Ux Coaching for Patients - missed notification that provider was ready to meet with them
There are some common issues we have seen and suggestions for how to coach the patient to a solution:
Patient missed notification that provider has accepted their visit
If the clinician has already left the visit, the patient will need to start a new visit. To make sure they don't miss future notifications, coach the patient to turn on their notifications:
