Ux Coaching for Patients - Bot taking too long

There are some common issues we have seen and suggestions for how to coach the patient to a solution: 

Patient reports Bot taking too long (Bot is stagnant for 10 minutes or more)

Most commonly this occurs because phone or app has not been updated.

Ask patient to:

• Ensure app has most up to date version

• Ensure phone has most up to date version
