The Today’s visit tab displays information such as the patient’s chief concern, along with the patient responses to the interview questions during intake.

Once the patient is selected, click the Today’s visit tab to review this information.

The Chief Concern section lists the chief concern of the patient, and the reason for their visit.

Patient responses to the intake questions conducted via the Patient console.
