Past visits

Once the patient is successfully logged into the system, they will be able to start a Current visit (refer to Current visits for more information about current visits) or view their Past visits.

To view past visits:

1. Click the Past visits tab.
   

   

   
   All past visits display along with the date, diagnosis, and status of that visit.
   Completed visits are those where the patient visit was successfully completed. Cancelled visits are visits cancelled by the patient during intake, and Escalated are those escalated during the intake process or by a provider.

NOTE: Completed or Escalated visits are only visible to providers.

2. Click any past visit to view that visit in further detail.
