Role Updates

The Medical Admin role within the Clinic Teams Profiling Tool is now referred to as the Clinic Admin role. The Clinic Admin role is now within the Non-Medical User group, with different permissions. With this change, Clinic Admins are not able to deliver care within the clinic.

Additionally, the Primary Care Physician role now has access to the Patient Management Tool, providing the ability to search for patient charts.

Search-based Landing Page

A search field is now available on the Clinic Team Profiles Tool landing page, allowing users to search for profiles with the following:

First and/or Last Name
NPI number

Search results display within the following tabs:

Medical Clinicians: contains Primary Care Physician roles
Non-Medical Users: contains Clinic Admin and Coordinator roles
Deactivated Users: contains all deactivated profiles, regardless of roles

SteadyMD Error

A SteadyMD Error is displayed under the provider assignment drop-down menu when an assignment is failed or rejected by the provider network. This error message would not disappear, even when a provider was reassigned to the visit.

This issue has been fix and is now working as expected.
