How to end a Clinician's case assignment

There may be scenarios where a clinician is unable to end their case assignment or forgot to end assignment at the end of their shift. If your health system uses automatic assignment, it is especially important to make sure any clinician who is not actively working has ended their shift.

With the self-serve case management tool, you are able to end case assignment for clinicians

 4 STEPS

  1. On the console home page, under "Clinicians Accepting Cases" you can click View List
