Expectations

Partners should implement push notifications by using the following specifications:

• Push notifications from 98point6 should never be shown inside the host app. Notifications are designed to help the patient know that something is happening in the medical visit while they are out of the 98point6 experience.

• When a user interacts with a push notification from 98point6, it should take them directly to the 98point6 experience. Partners are required to route the user back to the 98point6 experience without the need to authenticate or navigate through the partner app.
