April 2024.04.00 Releases
See the information below to learn more about the April 2024.04.00 release (includes any applicable Mobile and Console releases):
NOTE: The following features and updates may not apply to all users.
Console Updates and Fixes:
Emergency Contact Pre-visit Workflow and Visit Ready Endpoint Added
The 98point6 platform collects emergency contact information (first and last name, phone number, and relationship) from all new patients during the onboarding process, before their first visit. This is accomplished directly after the system collects their home address. For existing patients having their first visit since the addition of the emergency contact field, we show a since your last visit screen, prompting them to provide their information, similar to the process for collecting racial and gender identity information.
Automatic Case Assignment - Provider Priority
An Auto-Assignment Priority dropdown is now in the Clinic Team Profiles Tool staging environment, with values of Very Low (the default), Low, Medium, High, and Very High.
While multiple providers may be able to take a case, the case is auto-assigned to the provider with the highest priority. During the event of a tie, existing priorities are analyzed. If a provider network is available, the case should continue to be prioritized higher than any provider. (Knowledge Center article coming soon!)
NOTE: Providers without an assigned Auto-Assignment Priority are treated as Medium.
Epic Medical Record Number Integration - Outbound Messages
Some patients now have the ability to send the Epic Medical Record Number (MRN) as a patient identifier in HL7 messaging.
Implement Standard Benefits Awareness
The Standard Benefit Awareness feature enables our users the ability to craft custom language for benefits offered to sponsored members. The Clinical Resource Map link within the Console provides clinicians with supplemental information on sponsored programs available to patients.
Custom Care Plan Components Update
URL links and verbiage is now updated for Custom Care Plan Components (for applicable users).
Mobile Updates and Fixes:
NK1-7 Field Added
The NK1-7 field (Emergency Contact Type) is now added to ADT outbound messaging for some users.
