Unassign Visits

Clinicians within the Console waiting room have the ability to unassign visits on behalf of other clinicians.

To unassign a visit:

1. Enter the active visit that you wish to reassign, and then use the Assignment drop-down menu to select your own name.
   

   

2. Select Accept Assignment to accept and continue the patient visit.
