A real-time eligibility (RTE) application programming interface (API) allows for 98point6 to pull patient eligibility information from partners in real-time. This patient data is then used to qualify patients for 98point6 services. Select from any of the following to learn more:

The following documentation is intended to aid partners in implementing an RTE API that 98point6 can call in order to receive partner eligibility information.

Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

The RTE response is a blocking step to onboarding and beginning a 98point6 visit. As a result, 98point6 expects a response time (from the time a request is received, to the time a response is sent) of 1 second or less from partners in order to ensure a smooth member experience.
