New Features:

Insurance Subscriber Information Collection (FF-244, MXP-3486)

Insurance subscriber information is now collected during onboarding.

New WaitingRoom Endpoint (FF-332, CS-2401)

Case Assignment now calls a new WaitingRoom endpoint, providing information about whether an encounter has been assigned to a provider network. This new information is only necessary for those who have enabled a provider network such as SteadyMD.

Enablement/Disablement of Automatic Case Assignment (FF-345, CS-2184)

This feature is a safe deployment flag (ensuring that new the new version is safely rolled out to production), enabling the code to either leverage or ignore the flow of SteadyMD.

Enablement of Sponsor Benefits (FF- 357, CLIN-1509)

Some sponsors now offer the Things You Can Do benefit. Clinicians can use this option while completing the patient Care Plan.

Patients will be able to view this information in their Care Plans within the app.


Updates and Fixes:

Patient Profile Validation (FF-229, RS-638)

Note that this update does not affect the user interface, and does not impact patients or clinicians.

Validation of patient profiles is now better supported for record storage and migrating patient profiles.

WaitingRoom Endpoint Update (FF-337, CLIN-1526)

The WaitingRoom endpoint has now been updated to the newest version.

providerAvailability Endpoint Update (FF-344, CS-2544)

This update enables SteadyMD to be used within the provider selection from within the console. This update allows for the enabling or disabling of visit assignments to SteadyMD through both manual and automatic case assignment.

The SteadyMD selection should now be available to those clients with a SteadyMD contract.

HL7 ADT Message (FF-351, HDI-1125)

When insurance information is not included in the HL7 message configuration, the system will send an HL7 ADT message to indicate that insurance coverage could not be found for the patient.
