Updates and Fixes:

Practice Standard Updates (FF-338, PS-340 and FF-350, CS-2502)

(FF-338, PS-340): Previously, the Gastrointestinal and Abdominal Pain (GI) Practice Standard (PS) used the GI Mini Flow to obtain GI history questions. While this offered a more structured interview than the bot, it lacked the support of a full PS to include diagnosis, treatment, and chat suggestions.

The GI Mini Flow has been updated to a full GI PS, which now offers recommendations for diagnoses, treatments, chat suggestions, and charting considerations. The diagnosis list has been expanded to include new or expanded support for evaluations of acid reflux, constipation, and travelers diarrhea, along with gastrointestinal symptoms presenting during pregnancy. The update also includes improvements to prior evaluations of abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, and infectious gastroenteritis.

(FF-350, CS-2502): We have updated the predicted diagnoses that trigger the GI Practice Standard to reflect its new scope.

Merging Accounts without a Subscription Fix (FF-339)

Merging accounts requires satisfying both primary and secondary identifiers. However, one of the secondary identifiers is the subscription model, which is not satisfied in several of the new health systems because they do not have a subscription.

Two accounts can now be merged without a subscription model if they satisfy two of the following:

  • address matches

  • email matches

  • primary care provider matches

  • pharmacy match

Assessments Saving Issue (FF-353, CLIN-1546)

Normally, when a clinician adds an assessment to a patient's chart and saves it, the assessment is only added to that specific patient's chart. However, some 98point6 customers have experienced instances where a patient assessment, specific to one patient, was mistakenly added to another patient's chart.

This issue has now been fixed and is functioning as expected.

Notes Saving Fix (FF-355, CLIN-1412)

Previously, users received an error when attempts to save notes failed.

Now, note save failures result in an error and Retry button, giving users the option to reattempt the save.
