Escalations
Escalations provide opportunities to let patients know they may be experiencing a medical emergency and need to go to call 911 and go to the emergency room, or need to take some other kind of action.
To view or edit escalations:
From the Clinic Workflow Configurations page, click the Escalations tab.
The list of escalations displays.
Click on any of the escalations to open an escalation.
The escalation opens, allowing you to view in more detail or to make edits.To edit, click Edit.
Click in the Text field to edit the message.
Click Save.
