Fixes:

Insurance Copay - Invalid Coverage (ENGINIT-210)

This bug previously caused coverage to be marked as invalid when the Change HealthCare response was missing a plan description.

This issue has now been resolved and is working as expected. The plan description is now optional when creating or updating coverage.

Insurance Copay - Coverage Period (ENGINIT-210)

This bug caused the system to treat plan begin and end dates with an invalid timezone. For example, if a coverage plan was set to end on December 5, 2023, the system recognized the DateTime as 12-05-2023 00:00:00 GMT +0000. This meant that coverage was only available until 16:00:00 PST on December 4, 2023.

This issue has now been resolved. The system appropriately evaluates insurance plan begin and end dates as absolute dates with no time or timezone context.

Insurance Copay - Coverage Status (ENGINIT-210)

This bug caused the system to inappropriately evaluate the active status of insurance coverage based on incomplete information for the plan begin and end dates.

This issue has now been resolved. The system determines insurance coverage active status based on the information from the Change Healthcare application programming interface (API) coverage status within the last 24 hours.

All Optical Network Integrated Control System Bundle (ENGINIT-131, ENGINIT-136)

98point6 has released the standard All Optical Network Integrated Control System (AON ICS) bundle for some of our customers. Features include the following (for applicable customers only):

  • The Standard Benefit Awareness feature enables customers the ability to craft custom language for benefits offered to their sponsored members.

  • The Clinical Resource Map link is an in-console link to provide customer’s clinicians with supplemental information on sponsored programs available to that patient.

  • The Premium Benefit Awareness feature for Hinge Health notifies AON customer-sponsored patients to Hinge Health services when appropriate.

  • The Premium Coordinated Care feature for Surgery Plus notifies the customer’s AON customer-sponsored patients of Surgery Plus services by guiding the patient to the Surgery Plus team, when appropriate.
