New Features:

User Copay Retrieval (FF-392, ELIG-2300)

Copay amounts for users are now be retrieved from an external source, making them available to other systems when the patient is being charged for services.

Updates and Fixes:

Behavioral Health Visit Documentation (FF-374, CLIN-1565)

Previously, network errors were causing data loss for some fields within the Behavioral Health Visit Documentation.

Now, a Retry button has been added to allow users to retry sending this information.

Prevention of Excess Paging (FF-394, ELIG-2210)

NOTE: This update was completed on the back-end and does not affect the customer experience.

Previously, constant incidents were logged and errors were created for specific environments. These incidents and errors resulted in unnecessary pages although functionality was performing as expected.

This issue has now been fixed and is working as expected.

Behavioral Health Portal Update (FF-402, CLIN-1611)

This update prevents users from accidentally starting additional encounters after refreshing the Appointments page. Users are now taken back to the Scheduling page.

Dependent Patient Type (FF-405, RS-1492)

NOTE: This fix has no impact on patients or provider workflows.

Our patients contain an internal patient type used to assist our components to determine whether the patient is a real or test patient. This correction explicitly sets a patient as a real patient, rather than on downstream system reliance on logic determining that the patient is not a test patient.
