New Features:

SOAP Note Availability (FF-340, HDI-528)

After the completion and finalization of a patient visit, the Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan (SOAP) is now sent within an HL7 MDM message.

Updates and Fixes:

Stripe Accounts Update (FF-398, ELIG-2314)

NOTE: This is a technical change only and does not affect current behavior.

As the system evolves to support multiple health clinics, we are adding the Stripe Account ID to both existing and new Stripe accounts within the system.

UTI Practice Standard Update (FF-403, PS-422)

This update fixes a bug within the Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) Practice Standard (PS), updating the case presentation description for some bacterial vaginosis diagnoses outputs.

The automated evaluation of vaginitis considers a diagnosis recommendation of bacterial vaginosis in cases of either a thin, off-white vaginal discharge or a fishy vaginal odor. The case presentation wording has been updated from Reports: Vaginitis symptoms, fishy odor to Reports: Vaginitis symptoms, thin off-white discharge or fishy odor.

Behavioral Health Fix (FF-408, CLIN-1639)

In some instances, therapists encountered an issue when attempting to save the Homework and What We Discussed sections while finalizing a visit.

This issue was a bug and has now been fixed and is working as expected.
