Address Screen Added: During the walk-in, onboarding process, an Address screen has been added to collect the address of the primary account holder.

Sex Assigned at Birth and Gender Identity Screens Added: Both a Sex Assigned at Birth screen and Gender Identity screen have been added to the walk-in, onboarding process.

Racial Identity Screen Added: A Racial Identity screen has been added during the walk-in, onboarding process.

Email Label Update: The email field labels and verbiage have been updated within the application for some customers. Previously, onboarding fields were specifically labeled as Personal email address and Personal Email. Patients were sometimes confused as to the correct email to use when attempting to access the clinic, creating delays with patients gaining access to care. Now, the Personal verbiage is removed and the fields ask for just the Email address.
