Payments

• Payments (MXP-4259 and MXP-4261): The ability to collect payment methods.

• Payment Collection Flags (MXP-4562): Gates all functionality behind payment collection feature flags.

• Add Card Screen (MXP-4600): The AddCard screen now includes a spinner after the user enters their credit card information. The spinner displays until there is an error or success message.

• Charge Information (MXP-4528): Actual charge information is retrieved from the backend and then displayed.

• Charge Item Checking and Visit Ready Polling (MXP-4560): Both run in parallel.

• Library Update (MXP-4629): This update enables visit starts and the viewing of payment information for dependents.

Copay

• Subscription Details (MXP-4390): Text was changed from You pay $0 or less per visit to You pay $0 per visit.

Insurance

• Information Verification (MXP-4271): The Confirming Coverage screen is now replaced with, Verifying your information (for the account owner) or, Verifying <dependent name>'s information (for dependents).

• Coverage Sponsor Failure Fix (MXP-4365): Resolved an inadvertent failure issue while checking for coverage sponsors.

• Insurance Collection Form (MXP-4459): Added a new field that collects the sex assigned at birth for the plan subscriber.

• Collect Insurance Subscriber Information (MXP-4465): Removal of the mxp-3486-collect-insurance-subscriber-info from code after the launch of the collection of insurance subscriber information feature flag.

• Check for Coverage (MXP-4558): Always show checking for coverage.

• User Interface (UI) Flow Update (MXP-4579): This updates returns to the patient to the insurance entry screen if insurance validation fails.

Additional Features and Updates

• Welcome Pages (MXP-4292): This feature removes 98point6 from the With a 98point6 subscription verbiage when the customer is a reseller.

• Select a Patient Screen (MXP-4418): Additional padding removed between the action and header cards within the Select a Patient screen.

• Access Code Clarification (MXP-4440): This feature clarifies the verbiage on the Access Code screen, helping users to better understand the requirement. The original verbiage of, Next, enter the ACTIVATION CODE provided to you is now changed to, App access is currently invitation only. To gain access, please enter your 6-letter activation code that was included in your invitation email.

• Networking Errors (MXP-4544): Ensures that all networking errors result in networking error screens.

• Unit Test (MXP-4596): New branching logic was introduced with the recent subscriber info and sex assigned at birth collection. Additional unit tests have now been introduced to cover new cases.

Bug Fixes

• Past Visits Section (MXP-2805): Fixed an issue to ensure that completed visits display within the Past Visits section.

• Right to Seek Care (MXP-3946): The Submit button has been changed to Confirm.

• Right to Seek Care (MXP-3947): The checkbox is now more visible and obvious when selected.

• Right to Seek Care (MXP-3948): The field containing the patient name now contains a white background.

• Dependents (MXP-4237): Users can now continue dependent visits without the requirement to update health insurance information.

• Dependents (MXP-4244): The Confirm button (previously, Submit) is now placed higher on the screen, making it more visible without the need to scroll down.

• Improvement to Ending the Chat (MXP-4589): This feature makes changes to the patient experience when they decide to end the chat and leave the visit prematurely. To do this:

  • the END button is changed to CANCEL.

  • the language is now more clear, letting the patient know that the action completely abandons the session, and that the abandoned session will not be reviewed by the care team.

• Freezing Screen Fix (MXP-4382): Fixed an instance where the screen froze after selecting Confirm on the Right to Seek Care page.

• Patient Screen (MXP-4385): Patient screen details were not displaying properly in that the last name was missing and the field contained an excessive amount of white space. This issue is now fixed and the field is now displaying as expected.

• Home Screen (MXP-4393): Text on the Home screen was updated from Virtual Care to On Demand Virtual Care.

• Gender Identity Page (MXP-4406): Primary account holder’s sex assigned at birth was previously pre-populating for a child dependent. This issue has been fixed and is now working as expected.

• Supervising Visit Notification Screen (MXP-4411): Branding color updated for some customers.

• Push Notifications (MXP-4416): Branding colors updated for some customers on the Turn off notifications link and Next button on the push notification screen.

• Medication, Allergies, and Medical Condition Fields (MXP-4419): Branding colors updated for some customers.

• Contact Customer Support Link (MXP-4420): Branding colors updated for some customers.

• Settings Page (MXP-4429): Branding colors updated for some customers on the Sign Out button and links to FAQ, Contact Us, and Legal + Privacy information.

• Primary Care Clinician (MXP-4587): The primary care clinician was not updating, resulting in a network error. The issue is now fixed and working as expected.

• Pre-visit Crash (MXP-4605): Some customers experienced an app crash during the pre-visit. This was caused because we were not fetching the price, and attempting to purse the charge Item ID as a double. This issue has been fixed and is now working as expected.

• AddCard Screen Crash (MXP-4606): Some customers experienced an app crash within the AddCard screen. A Koin issue was found to be the source. This issue is fixed and the app is now working as expected.

• App Crashes (MXP-4623): Some customers experienced app crashes upon launch after a recent 98point6 change to the Payments feature. This issue has been fixed and is now working as expected.
